An Evening with Steve Butler

Steve Butler is the singer, songwriter and guitarist for Smash Palace. He is also a featured performer with David Uosikkinen's In the Pocket. This show at The Living Room will be an intimate solo show.

Butler says: "I like to present an overview of my musical career playing songs from my first major label release with Quincy and the story of that band. I do the same with Smash Palace, which tends to be the main focus because weve been making records over a 35-year career. I do play some covers when I think they have something to do with the overall picture of what Im presenting."

Smash Palace released their 12th recording "Right as Rain" in 2018. It's their eighth release for Zip Records. Butler, along with his brother/songwriting partner Brian Butler, present another collection of pop/rock gems with '60s jangle rock, '70s rock swagger, '80s power pop and '90s Brit rock, all rolled into a contemporary style that's all their own.
