DRACULA!

LeGacy Presents the classic horror story by Bram Stoker, adapted by Gary Wright. Directed by Sue LeGate, Nevada County audiences will be spooked by native Transylvanian Mihai Algiu in his portrayal of the evil Count Vlad Dracula. John Bivens plays Johnathan Harker, the London solicitor encaptured by the Count, who chooses to prey on Harker's beautiful young bride, Mina (played by LeGacy veteran Ariel Elliot) An all star cast joins in with Patrick Moore (Seward), Stephen Wellman (Van Helsing), and Drue Mathies (Arthur Holmwood) who fight the Count's invasion of London. Arthur's bride, Lucy (Nadia White) succumbs to Dracula's attacks. Gary Dini returns to the Nevada County stage as Marcus Renfield. Rounding out the cast are Paula Nelson, Connor Magehee, Diane Dean Epps, and Jennifer Terman.Opening night is a benefit for the Nevada County Concert Band...all tickets $20. Gala night is Saturday, Sept 7th with delectables and wine...tickets $25. All other shows $18 in advance, $20 at the door.
