Production Basics: Scary Cow Style! Limited Seating Available!
This workshop will teach the basic production techniques for Camera, Lighting, and Sound, as commonly used on Scary Cow shoots. Taught over the course of two nights by four filmmakers that are Scary Cow vets, this class is specifically designed for film collective members. Capacity is very limited. Only 12 tickets available, so snatch them up!
We'll begin with a short presentation about set protocol. Students will then split into two groups and spend time operating camera on Night 1, and setting up lights and capturing sound on Night 2. Each participant gets a chance to be HANDS ON with all the equipment. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be familiar with the standard filmmaking tools and protocols commonly used on Scary Cow productions, and will be ready to work on set and have enough knowledge to bring their own projects to life!
