For the serious student/professional and anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of Flamenco, Maria's teaching is unique. Years of living and working with the artists in Jerez de la Frontera, the birthplace of flamenco, brings an unrivaled knowledge and experience few are able to convey. Maria explains the essence of this art form's multi-layered complexity and depth on a level of understanding, culturally as well as technically. The 'Cante' and 'Compas', (singing and rhythm) emphasized in this region o Spain is the basis of her choreography which makes Maria's teaching invaluable.
