Les Dames d'Escoffier STL Wine Tasting: Exploring Range
There are so many varieties of wine in the world! It is helpful to understand the style of wine produced by different grapes. If you begin to understand how different grapes express themselves you can have fun pairing wines with food or pick a wine that suits your mood. Compare and contrast wines by focusing on ranges of style produced both domestically and in various regions of France: Light, Medium and Full bodied.
Explore 15 wines - domestic and international (White, Rose, and Reds)
Wines will be paired with specifically-prepared dishes by the Saint Louis University Culinary Program and area chefs.

Parking available in the garage directly across from the Allied Health Building.
Enter either on the south side of the Allied Health Building (at the building entrance) or between the Center for Advanced Orthodontics and the Allied Health Building and enter at the Fresh Gatherings Cafe entrance
Cost: $20 in advance or $25 at the door
Wines will be available for purchase
Proceeds will go to the Les Dames d'Escoffier St Louis Scholarship Program and Community Outreach.
