Jumptown Big Band presents a Fall Swing Dance
Jumptown Big Band presents a Fall Swing Dance Saturday October 19, 2019 starting at 7:30pm at the Multnomah Arts Center Auditorium where we will be featuring the music of Les Brown and His Band of Renown. This will be our third annual event at this location. We had a large crowd of amazing dancers the last two years and we hope to build on that success again this year. We will perform a variety of swing, latin, cha chas, and waltzes with a focus on the music of Les Brown. Portland's leading big band singer Claudia Knauer will be performing some exciting vocal arrangements. This event has been organized for the enjoyment of dancers and listeners alike. We hope you can join us for an evening of energetic music performed by some of the area's top musicians. Tickets are $15 at the door and can be pre-purchased for $12 at brownpapertickets.com. The Multnomah Arts Center is located at 7688 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, Oregon 97219. Doors open at 7pm.
