Platform Back to School Wine Class at Roberta's
Raw, Natty, Biodynamic, Organic. These are terms that you've seen to describe wine in recent years, but what do they mean?
In this two hour Natural Wine class, Roberta's & Blanca's Wine Director, Kirk Sutherland, will delve into the natural wine industry and present 6 delicious wines that will exemplify the best of the best of this genre.
This class is great for both the curious novice wine drinker and for those already bitten by the natural wine bug!
Information packets will be provided with wine tasting notes, regions and maps discussed in class. Artisanal cheese, house made bread and pizza will be served as a complement to the wines being tasted.
