Flamenco Night at the Sound Room

This will be a magnificent evening of passionate Flamenco music, song & dance. David McLean, an accomplished flamenco guitarist and composer, will be accompanied by flamenco dancer, Clara Rodriguez. Special guest dancer Emmy-award winning Yaelisa, and internationally recognized vocalist, José Cortés will be joining them.

David McLean's musical wanderings converged in 1999 in Granada, Spain where he studied flamenco guitar, traditional dance and vocal accompaniment. Since moving back from Spain, David has performed in hundreds of flamenco shows, from local venues to stages throughout the United States and Europe.

Clara Rodriguez began training in classical Spanish dance and Flamenco as a child. She has performed as a soloist in international productions, including Jaipur Palace in India, Batalha Festival in Portugal and Valencia, Spain and in many popular local venues.

SApecial Guests:
Yaelisa is an Emmy award winning dancer and choreographer and founder of the dance troupe, Caminos Flamencos. She has toured and danced with some of the best known Flamenco dancers.
