HERBS FOR KIDS WORKSHOP

Tami will highlight herbs that are most appropriate for children, and also some that are definitely NOT. She provides information that may help parents make informed decisions about what theyre using with their children, both what to do and what not to do.

Each participant will be able to create their own herb infused oil blend (with Tami's guidance) to use at home with their children. Participants will also leave with two tea blends, an immunity booster for kids, and a stress reliever for parents.

Tami Key has a passion for herbal healing for both people and animals so much that she decided to open an apothecary. She's a mother of two, an avid reader, Crossfitter, AND has been a practicing Herbalist for nearly 11 years. Her passion for natural healing really took off when she was pregnant with her oldest son, she really did not want to put anything in her body that could harm him. It grew from there, spurring her to go through a formal course of study to become a certified Herbalist and also completing apprenticeships under two master Herbalists. Its her desire to become the Community Herbalist for the Lake Country Area. It is her goal to offer natural, herbal options for healing, not only for people, but also for animals. She creates salves, syrups, tinctures, lotions, teas, capsules, and more!
