Drawing for Beginners Workshop with Juliette Aristides
Are you interested in learning to draw but uncertain of how to start? This introductory workshop will guide participants through beginning mark-making with activities developed by accomplished artist-instructor Juliette Aristedes. Workshop registration cost includes a copy of Aristedes' book, Beginning Drawing Atelier, and all materials are provided. No experience necessary. Workshop runs from 10am-12:30pm.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Juliette Aristides studied at the National Academy of Design, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, and various private ateliers. She is the director of the Aristides Atelier at the Gage Academy of Art in Seattle, Washington and co-founder of the DaVinci Initiative, which works to bring skill-based art instruction into public education.
