3 Course Early Upstairs Dinner, 2020 New Years Eve, Upstairs at Kaibo,
Get the full luxury experience of Upstairs, New Years Eve 2020, for less than half the price, where our talented chefs have created an Early Upstairs Dinner 3-course menu, with optional paired wines and rum.
Dinner on the sea-view verandah starts from 5.30pm, but be aware that your table must be evacuated before 8pm. Thereafter you may enjoy the comfy couches and cosy nooks of The Rare Rum Bar, or join the party revellers on the beach.
Fireworks are at 9pm, and the main display is at midnight. The after-dinner party is held on Kaibo Beach under the stars with DJ. Wine paring, craft cocktails and champagne specials will all be available throughout the night. See in the new year with sand between your toes and the sky filled with fireworks. DJs with be helping you say good bye to 2019 & HELLO 2020 until very late.

Angus beef tenderloin with truffled potato gratin, broccolini, Cayman style beef croquette & red wine sauce
Dark chocolate tart with orange ripple and Pyrat Xo ice cream
