Where there's a will, there's a way.
When Buoso Donati dies, his relatives embark on a frantic search for his last will and testament, determined to get their hands on his fortune at any cost. Enter Gianni Schicchi, the clever rogue who knows how to solve any problembut possibly not in the way that this greedy family expects. Mariposa is excited to kick off our eight season with Puccinis farcical family drama, which features some of the composers most memorable music and is regarded as one of the funniest operas of all time. The opera will be brought to life by a multi-award-winning international cast and presented alongside a performance of Italian songs and scenes, so you wont want to miss this tribute to Italian opera at its peak!
