In partnership with Henrybuilt + Space Theory, ARCADE brings together speakers from diverse design disciplines to explore how design increases accessibility, creates equitable spaces and work, redefines aesthetic awareness, and empowers communities.
This panel brings together women in the design, architecture and engineering field to talk about the ways that their work empowers them to create change in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Going beyond the "women in leadership" discussion and toward a discussion about expanding work practices, this talk is relevant for all design professionals and enthusiasts.
