DC's Different Drummers Symphonic Band 2019 Fall Concert
DCs Different Drummers is very excited to start our 39th season. This fall's show, For the Children!, explores the early phases of all of our lives, and pays honor to the future, and especially in this 50th Anniversary year of Stonewall, expresses hope for the future of our LGBTQ+ community.
This program features classic pieces by Julius Fucik and Percy Grainger, as well as contemporary composers such as Anthony J. O'Toole, Omar Thompson and Yukiko Nishimura. With a wide variety of styles and eras, it will be a truly memorable evening of music.
