Sunday Supper: Dinner and Dancing to support the Small Farm Conference
Who: Chef Marion Ohlinger will be roasting West Virginia grown meats: a whole hog, a lamb and beef over an open fire. Chef Paul Smith will be cooking appetizers, vegetables and salads from local produce, supplied by the Monroe Farm Market and Hernshaw Farms. The Carver Culinary Team will be preparing cornbread and an assortment of desserts made with seasonal fruits.
