Autumn Serenade ... with Paul!

We are always happy to welcome vocalist Paul Marinaro back to our Studio5 stage. I've just spent the past 45 minutes or so looking through videos of some of Paul's past performances in order to select one to include here, and it's really difficult to choose. After watching tune after tune, my big takeaway is simply that Paul is very, very good. Not that that was a new thought to me, it just was so reinforcing to see exquisite artistry in every single clip. Wow. And here's something else: This Friday Paul has stacked the deck with an incredible group of instrumentalists, adding up to what promises a truly swinging affair. Paul tells me he will be offering up a bit of an "Autumn Serenade", featuring songs of the season and some Nat "King" Cole classics. By the way, this will be your last opportunity to see Paul in town for a bit, as this is his final Chicago performance before leaving for shows in Stockholm, and New York's famed Birdland. So let's give him a great sendoff -- you know it's going to be a blast!
