CANCELLED - A Tour of Italy
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, difficult decisions are needing to be made by many local organizations. Out of an abundance of caution for the health of our audience members, and our musicians, who rehearse and perform in close proximity to one another, the March 21 Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia "A Tour of Italy" concert has been cancelled. We deeply regret that this decision had to be made, but the health and well being of our audience members and musicians is our highest priority. The Board and staff of the symphony are currently making alternative plans to host our ever popular silent auction in the remaining month's of our current season. Please stay tuned for more details, which will be posted on our website and communicated via email once details are finalized.
Although refunds are available via Brown Paper Tickets, rather than request a ticket refund, we urge you to consider retaining your ticket. All tickets for "A Tour of Italy" will be honored at next year's Annual Gala Concert and Silent Auction, regardless of any potential price increase.
Thank you for your understanding and your support of the Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia. Be well, and we look forward to seeing you at the circus in May!
