Brunch Cocktails & Addition Cocktail Spices Master Class with Annie Jaffe
Annie Jaffe from Addition Cocktail Spice is coming to Collins & Coupe to teach you how to master your favorite brunch cocktails! Learn a thing or two about how to taste and use bitters/tinctures as well.
We will be sampling Addition Cocktail Spices and learning the medicinal background on spices from around the world! At the end of the class, you will be using the tinctures to add your twist to a cocktail! You will be making two cocktails during the 90 minute course, including a customized Bloody Mary starting with Cutwater Spirits Bloody Mary base.
