Wayfind invites you to join us for the fourth annual Nonprofit Law Institute event for attorneys who want to learn about serving nonprofits, learn from leaders from the nonprofit legal field, and share your interests and experiences in working with community organizations.
This is a half-day CLE with 4 total CLE credits (3 Law and Legal credits and 1 ethics credit).

Program
1. Gearing up for 2020: Advocacy and Lobbying for Tax-Exempt Organizations. Speakers - Elaine Rose, Attorney and former CEO Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest & Hawaii; David Lawson, Davis Wright Tremaine.
2. Nonprofit Transitions: Mergers, Dissolutions, and Acquisitions. Speakers - David Horn, Washington State Office of the Attorney General; Jodi Nishioka, Wayfind; Judy Andrews, Apex Law Group.
3. The Ethics of Nonprofits and Employees. Speakers - Jeanne Marie Clavere, WSBA Professional Responsibility Council; Lorri Dunsmore, Perkins Coie; Nancy Williams, Perkins Coie; moderated by Joanna Boisen, Davis Wright Tremaine
4. Keynote Presentation - Current IRS Efforts in Regulating Tax-Exempt Organizations - Eve Borenstein, Eve Rose Borenstein LLC
Continental breakfast and snacks are included in the day's events and in the ticket price.
