Chris Forbes! Live @ The Howland!
The Howland Cultural Center, Beacon's unparalleled arts and entertainment venue, now celebrating its 40th anniversary, is pleased to present Elysium Furnace Works final concert of its 2019 season. Chris Forbes is one of the world's finest, most criminally under-appreciated keyboardists and a go-to for such stalwarts of the NYC cutting-edge jazz community as Jason Kao Hwang, Steve Swell and Matt Lavelle among others, the singularly creative force Forbes returns to the Howland's 19th Century Steinway O for a solo recital like no other.
Doors open at 7:30, concert is at 8:00.
