Flamenco workshops with Marisa Adame and Rafael Peral
A reference point for the world of Flamenco: Casa Patas. An old time Tablao in the center of Madrid, and since the year 2000 a whole institution to promote this art.
Seattle, will be one of the cities, as every year, where Casa Patas tour in North America will be stoping by. This year well have the chance to see Marisa Adame and Rafael Perals show: Raiz de 4 at the Benaroya Hall.
This year, for the first time, they will be also taking some of their time to meet the Flamenco community of the area while teaching 4 hours workshops:
WORKSHOP WITH MARISA ADAME
Level: Everyone is welcome
Palo: Alegrias with Abanico (Hand fan)
Thursday November 21st 7-9pm + Sunday November 24th 10am-12pm

WORKsHOP WITH RAFAEL PERAL
Level: Intermediate
Palo: Martinete
Thursday November 21st 7-9pm + Sunday November 24th 10am-12pm

**A 3rd option opened up! as we had so many people interested in the classes, but haven't really danced flamenco before.
What an option to experience your first flamenco class from the best teachers. Marisa will be teaching a Master Class - 2 hours on Sunday 24th from 12:15 - 2:15pm
ALL events will happen at the rehearsal studios of the Theater Puget Sound.
Conveniently located right on the Seattle Center (Space Needle).
They all are on the 4th floor of the Armory building (The one with the food court and the Children's museum)
