Festival - Local Sightings Film Festival 2019: Short Films
Experimental works from up-and-down the coast from Portland to Vancouver BC engage viewers in a variety of styles, mediums, and techniques.
* Co-presented by Engauge Experimental Film Festival, which takes place at NWFF every November. *

Program curated by guest programmer and filmmaker Linda Fenstermaker, who will be introducing the screening.
