Buttery Tart Dough Class
Does making dough from scratch intimidate you? Come to our class and let us show you how to simply combine flour, butter, salt and water to make this very versatile tart dough that can be used for sweet and savory tarts, pies and quiches.
Hands on instruction will teach you how to make the dough which you will take home with you. We will also learn how to assemble and bake a summer fruit tart. At the end of class we enjoy slices of the tart together. Class includes all equipment and ingredients, recipes from the class, a bundle of dough and a rolled out dough to take home.
Kids over 8 are welcome to join with their parents - Space is limited to 6 students
