Burnpile Harvest Fest + Presale Beers
DAY OF NOTES:
1. PLEASE UBER OR LYFT - PARKING IS LIMITED AS WE HAVE NO ON SITE OR STREET PARKING- WE WILL HAVE A $5 OFF LYFT CODE AT THE FEST TO GET YOU HOME SAFE. THERE IS ALSO BUS S1 FROM DOWNTOWN- $1 PER RIDE UNTIL 10:30PM.
2. VIP1 and VIP2 TICKET HOLDERS- WE WILL BEGIN PROCESSING AT 11:30AM BUT WILL NOT SERVE BEER OR FOOD UNTIL 12PM; GENERAL ADMISSION + CONCERT GOER/DD- WE WILL BEGIN PROCESSING AT 1:00PM.
This ticketing site is for Burnpile Harvest Fest Ticket Packages and Pre Sale Beer Purchases. You do NOT need a Burnpile Ticket to participate in the bottle and can pre-sale. The Ticketing page will list all presale beers as well as Burnpile ticketing packages. Click on BEGIN ORDER to be brought to the page that lists all presale beers and Burnpile ticketing packages.
Burnpile 2019 presented by Burial Beer Co., hosted by Forestry Camp Bar and Restaurant located on the same historical property as Burial Beer Co.'s production facility and barrel house. This sprawling 2 acre property will have 7 pouring stations featuring 60+ different breweries from around the country and world; a Burnpile featured cocktail and wines from Ruth Lewandowski, Rootdown, Pleb Urban Winery and Idlewild. Not to mention a killer line up of music featuring Beach Fossils and L.A. Witch with A Place to Bury Strangers.

VIP Beer and Other Release Pick Up Information:
On Tuesday October 1 at 12PM, we will be releasing several package beers for pre-sale to celebrate our 6th Annual Burnpile Harvest Fest. You can purchase all pre-sale package beers via www.burnpileavl.com. You do not need to be a ticket holder to Burnpile Harvest Fest to purchase pre-sale beers.
Pre-sale package beer sales will concluded on Tuesday October 8th at 11:59PM.
All pre-sale package beers can be picked up with those VIP ticket holders bottles at the taproom located at 40 Collier Avenue on Thursday 10/10 from 2-10PM; Friday 10/11 from 12-10PM; Saturday 10/12 from 12-10PM and Sunday 10/13 from 12-10PM. We will not be hosting bottle/can pick ups during the festival.
*Please note, we have taken into consideration the Brown Paper Tickets transaction fees when pricing these beers and ticket packages. Brown Paper Tickets will add fees at checkout. **Please bring a valid ID with you. Bartenders will have a list of individuals and purchases and will not send beer with someone who does not have a matching ID to the name on the order. We cannot allow someone else to pick up your beer unless they provide their physical ID. ***If releases are not picked up within the above timeframe, the purchaser forgoes the purchase back to Burial Beer Co. ****VIP Bottles are only available to VIP ticket holders
A ticket to Burnpile is NOT required to pre-purchase these package releases.

Also starting on Tuesday 10/1 at 12PM, VIP2 ticket holders will be able to purchase 1 more each of the VIP bottles as well. The ability to purchase more VIP bottles will also conclude at 11:59PM on Tuesday October 8th.

12:30PM- on stage for ALL VIP (1 + 2) Out of the Mist: Awakening or Eternal with Bearded Iris Brewing, Green Cheek Beer Co. and Pinthouse Pizza
Some of the top IPA producers in the country discuss their approach to making hoppy ales; trends within the style and whether the current trends are here to stay. This panel will feature pours of hoppy beers from each brewery that are not available at the pouring booths at the festival.
2:00PM- for VIP2 Ticket Holders ONLY Mixed Culture: Modernity for an ages old practice with Our Mutual Friend Brewing Company and Bellwoods Brewery
For this panel we have some of the most intentional, meticulous and science forward American brewers to discuss mixed fermentation, what drives them to make this style and some of the challenges they face when dealing with live cultures and bacterias. This panel will feature pours of mixed culture beers from each brewery that are not available at the pouring booths at the festival.
3:00PM- for VIP2 Ticket Holders ONLY Follow the Barrel: the impact of wood in fermentation with Holy Mountain Brewing and Jackie O's Pub and Brewery
Breweries on this panel will talk about the different styles they have explored with barrel aging, how they procure barrels, the different flavor profiles of each barrel and their overall process. Beers will be shared from each breweries' barrel program on this panel that are not available at the festival
4:45PM- for VIP2 Ticket Holders ONLY Into the Void of Darkness: a study on what makes the biggest of beers with Evil Twin Brewing and WeldWerks Brewing Co.
Dark ales have ruled the world of strength in beer since the beginning. We have brewers on this panel that hit the nail on the head every time with high ABV, heavy adjunct, thick imperial stouts. Learn what goes into the brewing process, what makes these beers labor intensive and how they extract flavor bombs from the liquid. Brewers will be sharing big imperial stouts that are otherwise not shared at the festival.
