For nine years, we have been bringing our community together at the dinner table, sharing and growing together. At the Autumn Harvest Feast we support and celebrate our local farmers, chefs and neighbors. We want to create in one night a lasting connection to one another and to food.
We believe that food is sustenance and medicine for the body and soul of both individuals and a community. Working locally with our chefs, farmers and supporters, we strive to create an environment that thrives together, harvesting locally-sourced organic meat and produce.
At the Autumn Harvest Feast, we gather and grow together, while helping to give back so our neighbors can thrive. Proceeds benefit the SNAP Doubling Program, our Athens Farmers Market community engagement programs, and our Food As Real Medicine Prescription Program (FARM Rx).
The Athens Farmers Market's FARM Rx Program is the only grassroots-run fruit and vegetable prescription program in the state. This means that our community is the reason that FARM Rx exists. The Autumn Harvest Feast is an opportunity for us to celebrate those in our community who provide us with amazing fresh produce and meat, well-crafted meals, and the support to allow us to continue living and thriving together.

Athens Farmers Markets 9th annual Autumn Harvest Feast is a magical night that creates lasting connection to one another and to food. The event celebrates the Athens food and farming scene with Athens' chefs creating delicious meals with produce and meat provided by local farmers. The Autumn Harvest Feast is an opportunity for our community to come together to celebrate amazing fresh produce and well-crafted meals, and to support our neighbors while living and thriving together.
Proceeds from the event benefit the SNAP Doubling Program, Athens Farmers Market's community programs, and Food as Real Medicine Prescription Program (FARM Rx). Featured guest speaker is President and CEO of Georgia Organics, Alice Rolls. Live music featuring Emily Backus of The Skipperdees.
