Better Beer Society is pleased to announce that we are accepting enrollment for our upcoming fall semester of Better Beer Society University (BBSU).
Open enrollment starts July 24th. Class will begin on Sept 4th, and the semester will run for 12 weeks.
We're pleased to announce that campus will once again be located at Republic (Seven Corners), and will consist of two sessions to account for busy schedules. First session is at 6pm, and a second session will be held at 7:30p.
Both will be one-hour long courses, and the guest(s) will be the same. Please choose your preferred session below.
BBSU is an educational beer school for both the beer enthusiast, as well as the novice. Our goal is to educate students on all aspects of the beer industry, from production, retail and distributing, to the agricultural side of hop farming and malting.
We also teach you how to explore your palate, cook with beer, and create your own pairings.
Students are treated to some very exclusive and interesting beer styles each and every week. In addition, students will embark on a special field trip, as well as create a recipe & brew their own commemorative class beer.
Didn't attend BBSU last spring? Here is a recap of what you missed:
Week 1. Ray Daniels Cicerone Certification Program
Week 2. Homebrewing / Recipe Development Class ("Oui IPA") Our collaboration beer with Vine Park Brewing Co.

Week 12. Style Spotlight: "IPA" w/ brewmaster Mitch Steele (Stone Brewing Co.)
We keep each semester fresh and exciting, and students are able to learn from masters of the craft beer industry, all in a small, intimate setting.
We highly encourage new students to enroll early for their preferred time slot, as space is extremely limited, and last semester sold out very quickly.
Reserve your seat now, and we hope to see you this fall!
Sincerely,
Rob Shellman Dean / Founder of BBS & BBSU
