Elizabeth is a renowned pianist who is currently acting on the Board of Directors of the Petaluma Museum Association as the Music and Cultural Outreach Director. She has been responsible for bringing amazing performances to the museum with high caliber musicians from the San Francisco Symphony and many other talented musicians over the last 10 years.
Elizabeth will be performing on the legendary 1899 Henry F. Miller concert grand which currently resides in the acoustically superior "Carnegie Hall" of Petaluma. She has crafted a solo concert to delight all lovers of classical music, bringing together traditional favorites and more modern pieces to weave a tapestry of sound: Mozart's lively and joyful Piano Sonata in B-flat (K333); Beethoven's dramatic and soulful "Pathetique" Sonata (Opus 13); Maurice Ravel's charming reverie, "Sonatine"; and Argentinian composer Alberto Ginastera's intense Piano Sonata.
The Petaluma Museum Association and Sky Hill Cultural Alliance and have been working together for over 10 years to bring quality classical musical performances to our community. Elizabeth is generously donating this performance to benefit the future of both organizations.
