Pyrenesia / Alex Radus Trio
Pyrenesia / Alex Radus Trio (Split Bill)
PYRENESIA is a gypsy-swing-jazz-folk quartet based in the beautiful river town Lambertville, NJ. Combining original compositions with the Django Reinhardt tradition of gypsy jazz, Eastern European and klezmer melodies, and anything else that swings, Pyrenesia delivers a foot-stomping, dress-swirling, hand-clapping experience to lift spirits and transport listeners to a musical landscape as vast as the Pyrenees mountains are high. Featuring: Alan Rigoletto (guitar/vox), Daniella Fischetti (fiddle), Daniel Manchester (upright bass) & Tony Kovatch (accordion)
ALEX RADUS TRIO Radus has been lucky to play with some of the areas best musicians. For the past few years the Alex Radus Trio (ARThow cool is that?) has included Charlie Heim on drums and Dan Manchester on double bass.
Radus has toured the country extensively, recorded multiple albums, and won numerous awards and critical acclaim for his songwriting and performing. Radus has been heard on WXPN, WSTW, performed live on Wisconsin Public Radios Higher Ground with Jonathan Overby, and played at numerous festivals and famed clubs such as MusikFest (Bethlehem, PA), AntiFolk Fest (NYC), Augusta Heritage Fest (Elkins, WV), Club Passim (Boston), Tin Angel (Philly), and Eddies Attic (Atlanta, GA).
