To-may-to, to-mah-to - whichever way you say it, August is peak season for tomatoes in our region. Celebrate the summer's bounty by joining New Amsterdam Market and Spicy 'n Sweet for a day of communal tomato canning at the Old American Can Factory in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
