Olana!

The Howland Cultural Center, Beacon's premier arts and entertainment venue, now celebrating its 40th anniversary, cordially invites you to join us on our 2019 Fall Bus Trip to famed Hudson River School painter Frederic Church's fantastical estate, Olana. There we will be taken on an expert guided tour of the Persian-inspired mansion, filled with priceless paintings and antiques, followed by a tour of the grounds with spectacular views of the beloved Hudson River, framed by multi-hued Fall foliage. Then off to lunch at a restaurant of your choice in the historic, picturesque City of Hudson, with more than enough time to peruse the many intriguing antique and contemporary shops on Warren Street.

The ticket price includes transportation via deluxe bus with lavatory, admission and guided tour of Olana. The bus will leave Beacon on Thursday, October 24th, from the Henry Street parking lot, which is located directly behind the Yankee Clipper Diner, at 9:00 AM and, return there from Hudson at approximately at 5:30 Tickets must be purchased by October 19th; there will be no refunds issued after October 21st.
