Women in Architecture Presents: Women in Construction: Best Practices Roundtable
Attendees will learn best practices during Construction Administration by understanding the needs of your project team during the process. Perspectives ranging from the Project Architect, Owner, and General Contractor will provide a diverse discourse on what motivates each side of the table as well as anecdotes from personal stories in the field.
Learning Objectives:
-Attendees will learn what motivates each of the key players on a project during Construction Administration
-Attendees will learn approaches to dealing with challenging situations during this phase of the project
-Attendees will learn best practices on how to create a great team dynamic at Pre-Construction
-Attendees will learn best practices on how to maintain great relationships with your key players throughout Construction and after the project is completed.
