Jazz In The Kitchen

Please join us for the 53rd Jazz In The Kitchen!

On Sunday August 25 at 3:00pm we will feature one of Canada's best jazz trios: Mark Eisenman, Steve Wallace and Mark Micklethwaite. Mark, Steve and Mark are, simply, craftsmen in every sense of the word. You will feel like you're part of the group, sharing the recording studio space at a private home in the Beaches. Mark Eisenman will be playing a beautiful Steinway B grand piano.

This concert will feature Perry White on tenor sax. Perry has been a regular on the Canadian jazz scene for many years, and we love his lovely tone and lyrical sensibilities. Perry appeared at JITK a couple of years ago on a live recording session.

All of the Jazz In The Kitchen events sell out fast.

Guests are invited to bring along something to drink. We will provide glasses. All proceeds from the door go to the musicians. Admission is limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance.

We're in the Beaches area of Toronto. Ample free street parking. A short walk up from the Queen East #501 Glen Manor Drive stop, or a quick #64 bus south from Main Station to Williamson Road.

The door opens at 2:30 pm, and the music starts at 3:00. Please be on time. We are sure you will enjoy the 53rd Jazz In The Kitchen.
