Chef Joe Cunningham PROVIDER dinner, Fundraiser and Industry After Party!
Chef Joe Cunningham passed suddenly in early July due to injuries sustained in a one person car crash.  Joe was an incredibly talented, well-loved Chef and friend.  'The Joe' as we called him was, above all else, a PROVIDER.  Not only did he work multiple jobs to PROVIDE wonderful food to his guests, but this hard work was, first and foremost, to PROVIDE for his wife, Laura, and their children, Noah (19) and Willa (10).

Join some of East Tennessee's finest Hospitality industry talents in honoring our Friend, Chef Joe Cunningham, on Sunday, August 18 at The Mill and Mine!  The brightest culinary talents in the region are putting together canapés and an amazing 5-course meal to raise money to PROVIDE for his family in this difficult time!  Participating chefs include:

Canapés
Sarah Steffan - Executive Chef of the Dogwood at Blackberry Farm
Treveor Stockton - Executive Chef of The Restaurant at RT Lodge

Brasserie Starters
Brian Balest - Owner of Northshore Brasserie
Jesse Newmister - Executive Chef/Owner of Kaizen and Tako Taco

Fish Course
Drew McDonald - Chef/Owner of The Plaid Apron
Brian Strutz - Chef/Owner of A Dopo Sourdough Pizza

Gnocchi Course
Joseph Lenn - Chef/Owner of JC Holdway

Main Course
Matt Gallaher - Chef/Owner of Knox Mason/Emilia/Paysan Bread & Bagels
Ashley Quick - Culinary Mercenary

Cherry Clafoutis
Adjryche Channing - Joe's Favorite Pastry Chef

Each course is paired with curated wines from Keith Kirk, General Manager/Beverage Director of Emilia and Lance Davidson, Beverage Director of Northshore Brasserie.  A silent auction will commence as the event begins and a brief live auction will be conducted during dinner service.  Some of the live auction items are MAJOR, including a two-night stay at Blackberry Mountain and a concert/hotel package to see Dave Matthews Band in Lake Tahoe with Backstage Lounge Passes and Two Nights at The Station House Inn!!

Stick around after dinner for an Industry After Party!!  Mix and Mingle with the chefs and enjoy Late Night Snacks from Chef Jeffrey DeAlejandro of OliBea and HenHoc Deli and Butcher and Friend/Artist/DJ Sarah Shebaro is curating a playlist of The Joe's favorite music, ending the night in true Joe fashion!
