Farm to Table

We are thrilled to be able to host our Farm to Table Dinner Event at Fawn View Farms again this fall. Join us for a fun filled evening with a variety of decadent foods, fabulous silent auction items, harmonious sounds of music from Late for Supper, delectable wines from our local vineyard Fiore topped with spending time with your friends ... The Deer Creek Chorale.

The multifaceted talents of Chefs Joy & Wendy Borkoski will be preparing the following menu for us to devoir ...

Cheese display with spicy honey mustard & assorted crackers

Hors d'oeuvres will include corned beef & cabbage stuffed red bliss potatoes with Dijon cream; maple and bacon baked brie; and broccoli & roasted garlic toasts with ricotta

Soup - creamy butternut squash

Entrées - beef tenderloin with rosemary pomegranate glaze and
char grilled chicken with honey lavender glaze accompanied by
root vegetable au gratin, charred Brussel sprouts and glazed carrots

Deserts - pecan pie and pumpkin pie

Fiore Winery will be selling wines from their local vineyard by the glass and by the bottle.

We will be offering a Children's Menu
(ONLY for children 12 and under)
Children will be seated in an adult supervised dining area separate from the adult dining area.

Children's Menu will include ...

Crispy hand-battered chicken breast chunks with assorted dipping sauces;
traditional homemade mac-n-cheese with seasoned bread crumbs
Chef's choice of vegetables

Adult Tickets - $55 per person
Children Tickets - $15 (Children 12 & Under)

If your child prefers the Full-Fare Menu, an Adult ticket must be purchased.
