Everyone is welcome at this nourishing one-hour yoga class suitable for all levels, ages and stages.
Join The Yoga Gardens Melissa Barnet, and Heart Natures Dawn Behm for a gentle yet energizing community yoga practice held in the gorgeous surroundings of Kokopelli Gardens.
This gentle flow will include optional essential oils designed to deepen your practice, allowing for a full sensory experience.
