David Nagler's "Every Third Wednesday"
David Nagler's "Every Third Wednesday" will showcase Nagler's witty, character-driven original songs with the help of a variety of special guests, who will be announced prior to each of the three performances in September, October, and November. The show will draw on material from Nagler's concept pieces "The Appointees" (informed and provoked by Trump cabinet members) and Carl Sandburg's "Chicago Poems" (based on Sandburg's 100-year-old poems), in addition to brand new and old songs. For all performances, Nagler will be accompanied by Andrew Hall on upright bass and Stephanie Sanders on piano.
