Singer-songwriter Laura Shay, known for her intense stage presence, awkward innocence, authentic humility, and confessional songwriting, will visit The Living Room. She will be accompanied by her band - Dominic Cole on guitar, Andy McGowan on bass and Michael Litt on drums.

Every song is personal for Shay, and she is hailed for creating an intimate space where it's okay to laugh, cry, and feel everything.

Shay's music is a unique style of organic piano- and acoustic guitarbased tracks, coupled with honest lyrics and rich vocals. All of her records have been independently produced and feature select musicians and engineers who embraced her do-it-yourself, homegrown vibe.

With no manager or booking agent, little to no press, and one year of piano lessons when she was nine, Shay has managed to sell out listening room venues in the Philadelphia area and has had her songs placed in various television shows, movies, and YouTube videos around the world.
