When an elderly man returns to his family home after decades of absence, the apparition of his childhood sweetheart triggers a rewind to the life-changing events from his youth.
I thought this film was very beautiful and the production quality was stellar. Pacing was slow, but that was appropriate in order to allow the emotions to be subtly, and delicately conveyed. Acting was also stellar. This film fits into our senior theme this year, however, it is also would be very relatable to someone of any age in the audience. The main character maintains a childlike innocence throughout the film that we can all identify with. This is simply a high quality film.
