Surly Summer Beer Dinner
Come join us for a five course and six beer pairing. $55 will get you all of the tasty delights from Chef Sean. Yes don't worry the beer will not disappoint. I mean how can it when it taste like Darkness. Tickets are sold through Brown Paper Tickets. Doors will open at 6pm and first course will start at 6:30pm.
Welcoming Beer-Hell Lager
1st Course-Furious IPA
Caesar Elotes which is locally grown corn on the cob, dressed with a house made Caesar dressing, coated with cotija and parmesan cheeses and lightly dusted with chili powder.
2nd Course-Temple Kettle Sour
Grilled fresh peach topped with burrata cheese served over a bed of arugula with a truffle vinaigrette and garnished with a balsamic glaze.
3rd Course-Nokken Farmhouse Ale
Linguine noodles tossed with a smoked gouda cheese bechamel, roasted red peppers and roasted cherry tomatoes from our Off Broadway garden.
4th Course-Oktoberfest
Slow cooked tomato braised short ribs served with shiitake, oyster and button mushrooms over a buttery polenta.
5th Course-2016 Darkness Russian Imperial Stout
Pineapple upside down cake, with house made rosemary ice cream.
