Gretchen Reinhagen: "Take It With Me"
In February, award winning director, vocalist and comedian Gretchen Reinhagen released her debut album, Take It With Me, with back to back sold out shows. Now, along with her pianist and musical director, Tracy Stark, and bassist, Tom Hubbard, she revisits some of the highlights of that show, with songs from the album, mixed in with past (or future) recordings, as well as Gretchen's own brand of stand-up comedy in her new monthly engagement at Pangea, beginning Tuesday, September 17th, and continuing on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.  Each month, Gretchen will add new songs and new stories, to ensure that you may return again and again!

Gretchen Reinhagen received the coveted triple crown of cabaret awards  The Nightlife, Bistro, and MAC Awards  for her show, Special Kaye: A Tribute to the Incomparable Kaye Ballard in 2010. She also took home MAC Awards in the director category in 2013, and comedy again in 2018 for her show, #iBlamePaleo. On February 27th of this year, she released her long awaited debut album, "Take It With Me", to packed crowds and a glowing reception at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York.  Gretchen was also honored with a cover story in the March/April issue of Cabaret Scenes.

"Reinhagen thrilled the audience with her big voice, soulful music-making, and uproarious comic observations..."
- Scottie Roche, Broadway World

"Lately it seems that singer Gretchen Reinhagens name pops up most often with the word 'director' attached, but in her continuing residency at Pangea the words 'host' and 'star' are more to the point." - Gerry Geddes, Bistro Awards

"I don't use this word often or casually, but Gretchen Reinhagen's show about Kaye Ballard is a triumph." - Cabaret Scenes
