Medieval Festival of Courage

Come to the 17th Annual Medieval Festival of Courage coming up on October 5 & 6, 2019 in sunny Blue Lake, CA. On Saturday, the first 200 children will meet characters on the Enchanted Village Tour and receive special gifts. The Knights of Mayhem, full contact jousting, will thrill the audience along with the Blue Lake Horse Archers riding horseback and shooting flying arrows. The tavern offers local wine, mead, cider, and beer. Enjoy stories, amusements, medieval morsels (come get your turkey leg), treasures, merry minstrels, the petting zoo, pony rides, the hay maze, apple & grape pressing, the famed boffing pit, music including Seabury Gould, Joanne Rand, the famed Tempest Celtic Rock Band, and much more! An affordable weekend full of fun for the whole family. Please leave your dogs at home, as this is a working cattle ranch. Proceeds from the festival benefit local schools and non-profits.
