Come Home to Your Self: Lotus Painting
Come Home to Your Self is a journey of LOVE- self-love. It's a road trip that leads you back to your authentic self. All journeys have their high and low points. Through an intuitive painting practice that Susan will guide you through, step-by-step, you will paint a lotus blossom. Like the lotus that needs the mud to thrive, we can take our "mud" and rise from it to bloom!
Part of the journey back to our authentic Selves is knowing where we have been and where we want to go. Spend a morning reflecting on the answers to these questions and painting your own lotus- a symbol of hope.
No art experience needed! As a Creatively Fit Coach, I'm well-qualified to be your travel guide every step of the way.
Bring a 16in x 20in canvas & journal. All other supplies are included.
