All traditional instruments, voices, and dancing feet are welcome!

Admission is on a sliding scale $5-15 at the door or in advance on brownpapertickets.com Students and under 18 free.

About the Performers:

Betsy and Mark have honed their musical skills in dance halls, pubs, and concert venues all over the country.  Both are music directors for Portland Revels.  Betsy is the Associate Music Director for Revels' winter solstice stage show, which runs every December at the Newmark Theater.  Mark is the director of Revels' spring chorus, and delights in leading large groups in song.  Together, they play in a Portland-based contra dance band, with Bill Tomczak on clarinet, called Campaign for Reel Time.  Betsy teaches and performs in summers in North Carolina and Massachusetts, as well as teaching private fiddle full time out of her Portland home.  For more about Betsy's schedule visit her website at fiddlefrau.com
