Alaska Farmland Trust and the Musk Ox Farm Present the 5th Annual Oxtoberfest Farm-to-Table Feast, Brew Fest, and Polka Bash. This joint fundraiser is for the two hardest working nonprofits in Alaska.
Feast: Celebrate Alaska Grown with local raised piggy in the brats, Palmer cabbage in the sauerkraut, Mat-Su grown potatoes in the German potato salad and chips, Alaska grown mustard, even local wheat in the buns!!!
Locally Crafted Beer: Many of Alaska's finest craft brewers offer up the absolute best selection of seasonal ales and brews to keep polka toes hopping. Wine, well yes! German varietals just for you!
Music: 12-Piece Lederhosen Clad--Brass--Oompah Band: Need we say more? Dust off your best polka, or at least come ready for a chicken dance!
The Details: When: Saturday Oxtober 5th. Doors and bier garten open at 5:00 pm. Farm-to-Table Feast begins at 6:00 pm, band to come onstage at 7:00 pm.
