4 Hands Madagascar Trio

Join us for a rare opportunity to taste a beer's journey in becoming barrel-aged. We were lucky enjoy to have the opportunity to hand select whiskey barrels with Knob Creek. Not only did we get to bottle our own whiskey, but we also got to send that spent barrel to 4 Hands Brewing who then filled it with Madagascar just for us.

Wednesday July 31st we'll bring all three elements together for a special beer school. We'll welcome Martin from 4 Hands as well as a rep from Knob Creek to talk through the processes of brewing the beer, selecting the barrel, and barrel aging the beer. They'll discuss all of the flavors you pick up in each individual element and how they all work together and change along the way.

For just $20:
5oz Pour of 4 Hands Madagascar (BA in fresh Heaven Hill barrels)
1.5oz Pour of iTAP's Knob Creek Whiskey
5oz Pour of 4 Hands Madagascar finished in our Knob Creek Barrels

We'll also have some small food pairings to further expand the tasting experience.
