This month, Executive Chef Daniel Sherron is highlighting a favorite partner: Smoking Goose Meatery. Using old world craft and new world flavors, Smoking Goose makes over 40 varieties of slow cured and smoked meats, salami, and sausages in small batches. The menu for July's beer dinner will feature various courses highlighting Smoking Goose's unwavering commitment to quality, flavor, and humane, sustainable farm partners.
