Diving Into Mezcal

Did you know there are over 40 different species of Agave used to make spirits in Mexico? This tasting course will travel across Mexico sampling unique and rare agave species, showcasing their unique flavor profiles while highlighting that the beauty of mezcal goes far beyond the smoke.

You will nose and taste the following selection:
El Tesoro Blanco
Pierde Almas Espadin
El Jolgorio Mexicano
Del Maguey Madrecuixe
Koch Tepeztate
La Venenosa Occidental de Jalisco

Welcome cocktail, six drams of mezcal and light bites provided.

To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Nicole at nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc. Or you are free to transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc with the name of your substitute.
