Jean-Pierre Garau with Al Perez
Jean-Pierre Garau enjoys an active artistic vocation playing piano, keyboards and singing among other music related endeavors. Hes performed as a soloist and with many acts over many years currently performing in various ensembles with singer Ellen Whyte (including Ellen, Gene & Jean with bassist/vocalist Gene Houck), Concert Rock Violinist Aaron Meyer, guitarist/producer Tim Ellis and with more than a few regional singer/songwriters.
JPs played keyboards on many album projects, documentaries, industrials, regional and national TV and radio spots. In addition, hes a composer, music adaptor, chart writer and music educator.
JP lives with his wife Suzan in Portland, Oregon, has twin daughters, 12 cats and several tanks of freshwater tropical fish. He enjoys cooking, gardening, walks on the beach, man flicks and digressing.
