Claire Lynch & Jim Hurst at La Tourelle

Claire Lynch is returning to La Tourelle this summer with her friend and frequent collaborator guitarist and singer Jim Hurst. The concert will begin at 4 pm. Recognized as a creative force in acoustic music, Claire Lynch is a pioneer who continually pushes the boundaries of the bluegrass genre. Claire Lynch possesses a wholesome and beautiful bluegrass sound that has made her one of the most sought out bluegrass performers of the day. Her career has been decorated with many accolades including three GRAMMY nominations, seven International Bluegrass Music Association awards and the prestigious United States Artists Walker Fellowship. Dolly Parton credits Claire with "one of the sweetest, purest and best lead voices in the music business today."

Claire will be joined by bluegrass guitarist, Jim Hurst.
