The #BeHeard19 Send Off: Coaches Slam!
The Beard MN teams have had the honor of being coached by some of the world's most celebrated and decorated poets-- tonight, they battle one another for the crown, in hopes to raise money to send the 2019 cohort to Brave New Voices in Las Vegas, Nevada!
Crescent Moon, Michael Lee, Desdamona, Guante, Hieu Minh Nguyen & Danez Smith with battle it out, slam style, spitting two poems to champion this team, walk away with $100 cash prize and a Be Heard Gift Set.
Kicking off the evening will be the #BeHeard19 cohort with a fresh set of BNV ready poetry for everyone that supported their journey this year!
